Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
My kids father never takes them on his scheduled time and never pays child support. Is there anything I can do? Also my 11 year old isn't doing well in our school district and I want to allow her to stay with my mom during the week to go to the school she was thriving at, I have primary physical custody and his visitation time isn't until the summer, can he take me to court for this?

Normally, you cannot force your ex to exercise his visitation. If he is not paying child support, then you can open a case with the Clark County District Attorney's Office Family Support Division for child support collection or file a case in family court for non-payment of child support.
As the primary physical custodian, you get to chose where your child goes to school. However, if you send your child to live with his grandmother during the week, it could cause problems. Your ex could say that you are not exercising your primary physical custody and move for a change in custody or your mother could try to get custody of your child.
I am not saying these things will happen... it's just a possibility.
Your ex " can" take you to court for anything. The question is: Will he win?
