is it too late to demand half of my ex-husbands pension fund from teamsters 631. Being divorced for a while.

If no mention was made of the pension in the original Nevada divorce decree, then it may be possible to go back to court and argue for your proportionate share based upon the fact that it was an "omitted asset".
