Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Can the same Lawyer be used?

I am divorced from the ex since 1997. My ex lives with my child in another state (NV). There is a restraining order against her so contact is only to be in writing about the minor child (17) and she must not harrass or come near me.

My current wife and I now have to obtain a lawyer in her state because she is breaking the order and harrassing us again. This laywer will act as a go between her and I concerning all child issues when things come up.

I located one but found out that this is the same lawyer her current husband is using against her as well for her current divorce. Can I still have him be my Lawyer?

I see no conflict whatsoever with respect to the lawyer and the respective representations which you've described. You might say that they're as different and unrelated as "apples and oranges".
