Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

lawyer not listening

My lawyer filed a thing to sue my husband for divorce, this is not what I asked for, we were going for a uncontested divorce, he's giving me everything. When I talk to my lawyer, he's yelled at me, ignored me, tried to scare me. Can I end this thing myself?

Re: lawyer not listening

You always have the right to fire your lawyer. If you wish to do so you need to put that request in writing.

My office handles all family matters and provides discounted rates on uncontested divorces.

Contact my office if you'd like to schedule a free initial consultation.

Re: lawyer not listening

Who knows, I don't know what a thing is. While I have withdrawn from cases, I have never yelled at a client. For fifty dollars, I'll look over the documents and get back to you.
