what are my leagle rights

I havew a friend that wants to have a child. She has asked me if i would help her with it.She has also told me that she dose not want any childsuport, and that all i would be doing is suplying the spearm. Now I would like to help her but I do not want to get nailed with childsuport.

It is against public policy to contract away your child support obligation. Only a Judge, by terminating your parental rights, can free you of your child support obligation.
