Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I have legal joint custody with my ex wife of our 2 children. I have a job opportunity in another state. She is willing to let me take the children with me. What do I need from her as to the legality of taking the children so she can't have me arrested later for kidnapping.

You need her written permission to relocate outside the state of Nevada with the children. The statement should be specific, signed and notarized.
Ideally, you should spend a couple hundred bucks to have a competent lawyer put together a stipulation and order regarding the move, setting forth visitation, who will pay for transportation and whether child support will be paid and if so, how much.
