legal rip-off
My Attorney has charged me $10,000.00 and I'm no closer to a divorce than I was the first time I stepped into Her office .She want's to file motion after motion that I don't agree with. Every motion cost me $900.00 0r more. I sent her a settlement agreement to file with the court to get this divoce over with and all she did was make up another motion that cost me more money. I feel like I'm getting ripped off I need HELP PLEASE!!!

If you are unhappy with your attorney, you can hire another attorney to take the place. After you change attorneys, you can file a fee dispute with the bar.
