Legally Married?

I was married 5 days prior to my wifes divorce being final. Am I legally married?

You cannot get married if you are already married. Your marriage is void.

No and you might have to get your marriage annulled with your current "wife" and then remarry her. This is especially important for issues of retirement, health insurance and the like.
