help

how do you legally seperate from your husband when you or the state of nevada can not find him? and after not being together for 9 years..... what can i do to provide proof of that?

You can file for separation or divorce and serve your husband by publication using a licensed process server.

The Court will require you to take reasonable steps to locate your spouse (such as a skip trace by a private investigator). If he cannot be found, you can apply for service by publication and proceed to a default. The divorce can be granted. Please contact me if you need any additional information.
