Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

i am not legally seperated from my husband, i am currently the custodial parent of our 16 year old daughter. My husband has threatened me with with charges of kidnapping, is this legal?

Respectfully, I can't get that to make sense. If you are not legally separated, how could youi be the "custodial parent"? Or, if you mean de facto, rather than per any court order, then the answer is no. Until and unless there is a court order of some sort, in Nevada anyway, there can be no "kidnapping" because there is no order being violated, and either parent of a child can go anywhere and do anything (legal) with the child with no concerns at all.
