Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

If my ex and i live in Illinois & took a vacation to Los vegas in 2010. Desided to do a wedding ceremony & when we arrived back home we did not send any documents off. is the marriage still legal after seperating 3 MONTHS LATER?

If you pulled a license, and went through a ceremony, then you are presumably lawfully married, here and everywhere else. See http://www.clarkcountynv.gov/Depts/recorder/Pages/Marriage.aspx.

There are, of course, things that can be done about it. See http://willicklawgroup.com/annulment/. But you are married, once married, until divorced or annulled.
