Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I live in Nevada. My ex-husband moved back to Ohio. Did him moving out of state make it so the custody arrangement with our son is void?

No one can change a custody order by just moving out of state. It may be necessary to go back to court to modify custody and visitation because of your ex-husband moving. However, the Court can only change the custody arrangement by a stipulation and order or after a court hearing.
