Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I live in Nevada, and was served with family law papers that weren't stamped by the filing office at the courthouse. I know the document was filed, but the copy that I was served was not made official.... Is this right?

Right? No. Adequate? Probably. If the documents have been filed and a hearing set, you would ignore it at your peril on the basis that your copy lacked a stamp. I suggest you address the merits of the filing.
