Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Living together - separating = own house in my name

My boyfriend and I have lived together for 5 years which he has contributed financially. The house is in my name and we own another house jointly in Colorado. I want to separate, but how can I ''divorce'' him without being married? He won't leave until this house is sold because he wants half the money. I don't want to sell. What do we do about the property inside the house? I have put everything on my credit card which he has paid part of the bill. I want to sell the house in Colorado and split that money, but need to keep this house so I have somewhere to live. How can I make him leave when he thinks this is his home? Sorry so many questions, but not being married obviously makes it harder. We don't have any partnership agreement of any kind. Thank you.

Do you live in Nevada. I see the Colorado house and I cannot give you legal advice relating to Colorado?
