Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
If I make $5k more annually than my soon to be ex wife, do I need to pay her child support for our twins, whom I have 50% of the time? How can I make sure that I get joint physical custody of the twins? If she some how gets primary custody, and I have to pay child support, does that money include daycare or is that an added expense? If I do have to pay child support, is it 25% of my annual or is it 25% of the difference in both of our annual incomes?

If you have a 50-50 situation, you use Wright v. Osburn, 25% of your income less 25% of her income and you pay her the difference. 50-50 is now defined as 40% of the time your children are with you, including school and sleeping, you have joint physical. No one can answer how you can get joint physical without a consultation.
