Marchman Act

I am wondering if the state of Nevada has a Marchman act for a family member with a substanc abuse problem?

No we don't or if we do, I am not familiar with it. If we don't, you can probably do what you want to do with a guardianship. It would obviously be contested but if the drug abuse problem is there, it will be granted.
