Marriage

I got married in Las Vegas, NV 8-17-07 only to find out that he wasn't divorced yet is my marriage valid and can I just get it aannuled or do I have to get a divorce

You can get the marriage annulled in Nevada.

Your marriage is invalid and I don't think you can even get a divorce; you must get an annulment. Your annulment would be very easy and I would charge about one thousand two hundred dollars which includes the filing fees.
