Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

i got married in93 he left me in 94 in 96 i lost track of him and couldnt find him untill june of 2007 does this mean that we are legally divorced now or do i still need to get divorced? i am asking because i am ready to get again to someone else

Yes, you are still married. The only way you are free to remarry is by death of your spouse or a divorce or annulment. If he was in the Hatian earthquake and buried in a 20,000 person grave and you waited 7 years because no one was sure whether he was dead or alive, you would still have to go to court to get a judge to declare him legally dead.
