Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I was married once before and took his last name (Morales), we got divorced and I changed back to my maiden name and when I remarried they put my Morales on the marriage certificate. Am I still legally married?

Yes; such technicalities do not affect the legitimacy of a marriage in Nevada -- but the next time you are in any kind of court proceeding involving names, it might be a good idea to ensure that the resulting decree recites all those facts so there is a paper trail your heirs, etc., could find.
