Can you get married in Nevada without parental consent if you are 16, almost 17, and you have a child?

No, you need at least one parent to consent and a judge must approve it. The other parent would also have to get notice of the hearing of the judge to approve you to get married. The other way to go is to get emancipated. If your fiancee can show that he will support you and makes enough money to do so, the judge should approve it, especially since you are a mom. This presumes that your fiancee is the father. Either way, it will take about 45 days to get court approval.
