Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
If I have been married to the same person in 2 different states with a marriage license in both states and I want a divorce, do I have to get a divorce in both states? If not, does it matter which state I get the divorce in? I am married in Florida and Nevada, with the first one happening in Nevada, and although I am living in Nevada now, I will be returning to Florida in November and I consider that my real home.

The short answer is that if you are married lawfully in one State, you are married everywhere (the only quibble being the current debate about "gay marriage" in some states). Likewise, a divorce in one place leaves you unmarried everywhere.
I'm not sure why you had two marriage ceremonies, but if the first one was legitimate/lawful, the second one is/was irrelevant. You should probably bring all information about all of these events to a family law specialist, who can examine them and advise, but to answer the question you asked, if any of your marriages was lawful, a divorce here is all you need to be divorced everywhere.
