Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

The maximum cap for Child Support in Nevada is $630. My ex-wife is trying to amend for more at 18% of my gross income. Can she do this? She is working.

The answer depends on the circumstances

and who your judge is. The "cap" is really a "presumptive maximum" and she may rebut the presumption.
