Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
mental illness
Our son is mentally ill and is becoming incapable of handling his affairs, including not working in over two years. He has not done anything because he is afraid the child's mother and the court will deny him his custody arrangement he has now, and maybe deny him any custody in the future. He wants to either come home or be put in a mental hospital. I need to intervene, but need a lawyer in California. He is paying what he can in child support, but is becoming seriously behind by several thousand dollars. We have now taken over his bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
