minor's blocked account

How can I petition a Las Vegas/where the account and order are at/court to release a portion of my son's blocked account for dental bill's re: braces? It would not effect the original amount put in but use a portion of the interest as it was started 11yrs ago and he can't use until he's 18 which is still 7yrs away.

You can but the Court will want an Affidavit or Declaration from the dentist and will probably have the bank make out the check to the dentist directly.
