Im going to be a new mom soon and I will be going to court for child support and I really dont know what to expect, say, or even do?

If cannot afford an attorney, you may want to contact Nevada Legal Services, located 530 South 6th Street Las Vegas, NV 89101. If you qualify, you may be able to receive assistance from an attorney at no charge to you. If you do not qualify, you may want to consult with an attorney. Alternatively -- and with the caviat that no attorney would ever recommend that someone, even an attorney, should represent herself -- you should, at a minimum, read NRS 125A very thoroughly. Just type "NRS 125A" into a search an online search engine.
