money owed after divorce

In my divorce decree my ex husband was required to pay half of our bills, and half of my daughter's medical bill. Which he has not done. In order to sue him for the money he owes me, do I go through civil court or divorce court again?

You need to go back to Family Court.

You should file a Motion to have him held in Contempt of Court for failing to abide by the terms of your Decree of Divorce.
