Since your mother apparently will consent to you living out of the house, find a trusted adult with whom you can stay for several months and have your mother execute a non-court temporary guardianship. They are good for up to six months. For details, see http://www.willicklawgroup.com/guardianship.

If you do not know of such an adult, see if you can get through to your high school counselor, or your religious adviser, if any. Your determination to complete your education and become self-supporting is laudable, and you should not have to live in an abusive environment.
