mother and baby tested for drugs on 2/27

baby born 2/27 sent home w/mom & grandma after 2 days old 3/02, hospital advsd grandma

baby tested for drugs and was told that baby will be going thru drug withdrawal and breathing problem.Baby was rushed back to hospital for breathing problem 3/05. Was hospital wrong to send baby home so early 2days and not training mom and grandmother on how to care for a drug baby.

A divorce lawyer would probably not know the answer because this is a medical malpractice case. However, a Judge could remove the baby from a mom who used drugs while pregnant. Grandma should step up and make sure Judge will approve her to care for the baby.
