Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
so me and the mother of my child weren't on good terms before. She got pregnant yet, We had been through a lot with eachother and werent talking for a while. And i didn't think it was mine. But, After the baby was born I seen that the baby looked like my twin so I gave him my name and got involved. Now I'm the sole provider for my family and we have another little one on the way with plans to get married in the very near future. My Only Question. When we do get married will the state get me child support.

You only get welfare from the state. You would go after the baby's momma for child support by filing a petition for paternity and child support.
