Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I am a mother that was coerced into relinquishing my parental rights 2 years ago. I realize this now and want to get my Parental Rights back. What must I do?

This question does not present enough facts about your particular case to warrant a particular answer. For example, were you coerced at gunpoint to relinquish your parental rights? Or, were you presented with a legal argument which convinced you to voluntarily relinquish your rights as a parent? Or, was it something else that coerced you?
Also, what do you realize now? Did you just realize that you relinquished your parental rights? Or, did you just realize that you were coerced in some manner. Or, was it something else that you just realized?
Notwithstanding, you will probably want to put every good legal argument on the table that you can; thus, unless you are well educated with the relevant laws and civil procedures, I highly suggest that you retain the services of an attorney.
