Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Moving out of state
We have guardianship of our granddaughters; we are thinking of moving to hawaii. If we do move and our daughter decides to seek any kind of custody in the future, do we have to fly back to Nevada to answer the court ??

Re: Moving out of state
If you get your daughter's permission or an order of the court to move with the children and transfer the guardianship you have not worries. Otherwise jurisdiction remains in Nevada.
