moving out of state

My ex moved out of state with the kids before we got divorced, I filed for a divorce giving her custody of the children. She has since moved again, she has told me and I have visited them, but is she in trouble for not telling the court?

She is not necessarily in trouble. She should have gotten either your approval to move or an order from the Court allowing her to move.
