Me n my wife just broke shes at work n wants to come after work n take our son can i stop her???

Also if i file for sole custody what are my chances of getting it??? She is 18 n im 21 our son is almost

If the court determines that it would be best for the child for you to have sole custody, then your chances of getting it are pretty good. If the court determines that it would be best for the child for your wife to have primary physical custody, then that is probably what the court will arrange. It all comes down to what the court feels will be best for the child. This is a very fact-specific inquiry. There is no one-size answer fits all here.

Generally, the courts are inclined to split custody between parents (i.e., joint custody") unless some great legal arguments are made which convince the court otherwise. If you believe that it would be best for your child to be under your sole custody, you had better seek legal assistance immediately so that you and your attorney have ample time to prepare such arguments regarding sole custody.
