Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I have a nephew in Las Vegas, Nevada who's mother passed in February and no father is listed on the birthcertificate. He is currently with a woman who is not his family and who refuses to relinquish him to us. We have been trying to get guardianship of him but because we are not residents of that state, the courts will not allow us to file for guardianship. Is there anyway around this?

Yes, there are professional guardians that will be a co-guardian for a fee. If this is something that you would like to pursue, you may email me at [email protected]
