my nephew has lived with us the last year and a half we kicked him out and he went to stay with friends his mom or dad won't take him in how do i file custody to get guardianship and child support from his deadbeat parents we are in las vegas nevada

You can file a Petition for Appointment of Guardian at the Family Courthouse, 601 No. Pecos. He must be in your case, custody and control however. Right now, you have indicated that you kicked him out and he is staying with friends. You will need to welcome him back into your home. As his legal guardian, you won't have the ability to "kick him out". You can include a request for child support in your guardianship petition or wait until after the guardianship is filed and apply for child support through the District Attorney's Office.
