I am in nevada. my ex was being garnished for child support because i have custody of our son. she recently re-married and quit her job. can i go after new husband for child support?

No, but she can be put in jail for failure to pay child support. The D.A. has a free service to help you collect child support or you can hire a lawyer for the contempt.
