Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Can a Nevada uncontested divorce be granted without filing a marital settlement agreement if both parties agree to that? That is, divorce but not specify assets and debts.

You need to specify assets and debts. The divorce serves two purposes: undo the marriage contract and divide the community property. (If you have children it serves a third purpose which is to arrange custody, child support, etc.). If you have a pension for ex. and that is not divided or mentioned in the Divorce Agreement, the court can divide the asset when it is "discovered" and divide it then, which could be years later and when it is more valuable.
