Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

non payment of alimony

Part of my divorce agreement was that I would pay my x husband alimony for 18 months. After 6 of the 18 months had passed I was no longer able to afford the payments. I have not heard anything from him about not paying in more than a year. Is there a time period that could go by that states it is too late for him to make me pay?
