overturning an adoption

can you have an adoption overturned if it has not been finalized yet? if so how would someone go about doing that

Do a motion to dismiss the adoption.

I have been practicing 17 years and am unsure about how to do it. You should definitely not try to do this yourself because once an adoption is in place, you cannot have it overturned.
