Palimony

Are there laws in Nevada that protect against palimony suit?

Would a partner be able to contest a Living Trust will and take the family to court? Thank You.

There is no palimony in Nevada. There may be a joint venture bwtween partners who are lovers. A suit could be filed against the living trust on this ground by one of the partners.
