What happens when a parent refuses to give their address to the other parent and therefore withholding whereabouts of child?

If the parent refuses to provide a physical address where the child will be residing during the parent's custodial time with the child, the appropriate remedy would be to file a motion with the court asking the court to order the other parent to provide the address and notify within 2 weeks or some other reasonable time, if the address changes.
