Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

When a parent signs over guardianship. Does that guardian have the right to stipulate where child goes when the guardian passes away from old age, as I would like to raise my son, and she says she has documentation pertaining to who will raise my son, in case of her inability to do so.

No. You should go to court and get custody back of the child if the guardian passes awa.
