My ex has decided to sign the agreement form for me to move out of nevada my main concern is that she likes playing games and she will try to stop it. How many days does she have to file a counter petition tokeep us here after signing the agreement form?

There is no time limit. And she can change her mind. However, if you have her notarized signature allowing you to move, you can. A better way would be a Stipulation And Order signed by the Judge, but written permission is adequate.
