Parental rights over adult child

State: Nevada

Case: My 40 year old son is in a Coma.

No health insurance. What are my rights as a Parent; as My Daughter in Law will not let us see him while he lays in ICU?

In right to life issues; with no living will, where do I stand?

If he is married, unless he's given to you a medical durable power of attorney, his wife's rights are superior to yours.
