Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My parents are divorced and I currently live with my mom. I would like to live with my dad instead and my mom is fine with this.

Is there any way I can switch my legal guardian without going to a court or hiring a lawyer?

Thank you.

Well, the terminology is not quite right. If, as you say, your parents are divorced, and the parents wish to alter the custodial arrangement, they are free to simply do so at any time. I would always advise one, the other, or preferably both to sign some kind of memorialization of what they are doing and when, to avoid recriminations, confusion, or accusations later.
