I highly recommend you at least consult with an attorney to review your case to give you a proper assessment. There are several facts you are not stating that can affect your rights. Based on what you have said, I don't know if there has already been a family court case, so I couldn't even tell you whether you need to file a complaint or a motion.

As a father, you do have rights to at least visit your children. If she can prove you are dangerous to them, you should have at least supervised visitation. I would want to know more to give an accurate analysis.
