Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

If two people were never married but had a baby then seperated and the father pays child suport can the mother keep the child from the father even tho they havnt been to court.

If father has established paternity and is on the birth certificate, then father as equal

right to access the child under NV law. Since there was no marriage, father is not presumed to be he father and must establish paternity through he courts to ensure

his rights are protected.
