Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I got pregnant with a guy (X) who has been to jail before for domestic abuse with his ex wife. I left him before the baby was born and married the father of my first child. X has not made an attempt to find me since the baby was born and I would much rather not have him around. He drinks, does drugs, is affiliated with gangs, and is just not the type of person I want around my children. Is there anything I can do to legally make sure he can not come around?

Yes. Terminate his parental rights. Also, you could move.
