Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

There is a prenuptial agreement. The agreement precluded attorney's fees other than the indemnity clause. The judge upheld the agreement pertaining to attorney fees other than in child custody issues. Over a year has passed with no custody issues and all of a sudden since opposing counsel found out they can get money for these issues, there is now an issue. Wife has two attorneys, I have none because I can't afford counsel. Judge granted a full-day hearing for child custody. Opposing counsel stands to make $7,000 that day at my expense. I feel my son is being extorted from me because if I don't or can't pay the fees, I will be incarcerated for contempt. Please help....

What kind of help would you like? No lawyer would not take a case for a full day hearing without getting at least $3,000.
