Primary parent putting kid on meds without dads consent?

My ex started my son on ritalin for

adhd without my consent. I have

joint legal custody and she has

primary. She has his psychiatrist and

pediatrician on her side. Is it worth

defending my side of being against

medication use for my 9 year old

son? I dont agree with it but feel im

bein forced to put him on it

She needs your consent as to the Ritalin as this is a part of Joint Legal Custody. You would have to hire a psychiatrist to dispute her psychiatrist. If you desire to fight it, expect to spend Fifteen Thousand Dollars, half for the Doctor, half for the Lawyer.

The choice is up to you.
